The "twenty-something syndrome" is a concept that describes the challenges and problems facing young adults (usually the generation in their 20s) today. These challenges include social isolation, elevated levels of anxiety, slower progress in independence compared to previous generations, and emotional and social development problems exacerbated by the pandemic.
Although each generation has its own challenges, through understanding, compassion and support, we can help the younger generation overcome the specific issues they face and positively contribute to their success.
